Hauber Home Watch Services provides a less stressful way of traveling away from home. We service the Chicagoland area and provide a set of interior and exterior services customized to each home and homeowner's needs. Each visit comes with a report of tasks completed and our findings. 

• Test and confirm all doors and windows locked and secured
• Retrieve mail, packages, and newspapers, forwarding them if needed
• Test exterior lighting (replace dead bulbs if needed)
• Open and close garage doors
• Start any auto stored in the garage (drive around the block if needed)
• Get the car washed, and filled with gas/charged 
• Take out a trash/recycle bins for pickups/return after pick ups
• Put out or store any patio furniture and cushions
• Customize services for your needs

• Check and set thermostat temperatures
• Visually check for water damage, mold, and plumbing leaks
• Check carbon monoxide and smoke detectors (replace batteries if needed)
• Run water in dishwasher, sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets (preventing pipes freezing and gasket deterioration)
• Check and set timer lights and change window blind patterns
• Check for presence of insects and rodents
• Monitor any outside services (snow removal, lawn care, etc.) 
• Test any lights in bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. (replace dead bulbs if needed)
• Check refrigerator is functioning and remove perishables
• Water plants
• Customize services for your needs
